I offer individual training that is 100% personalized to your specific needs. Whether you are looking for performance enhancement, weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, endurance, athletic skill development, weight training education, strength gains, healthy lifestyle coaching, corrective exercise/rehabilitation programs, nutrition guidance, or other fitness specific goals, contact me for more information.

Small group training is perfect for groups of 2-5 people. It is less expensive per person than individual training, and more effective than large group gym classes as it is semi-personalized. Contact me for more info on small group availability, or to schedule sessions for you and your friends.
