Jackie Rock is a phenomenal trainer! She regularly checks in on her clients. She is always willing to discuss anything you need to with her. She takes the time to get to know her clients and you know she really cares about you and your well being. I’m a professional hockey player and I met Jackie while I was playing hockey in Salt Lake. She is the best strength coach I’ve ever had in my hockey career and during the 2 years she trained me I’ve gotten stronger and more mobile despite a hip surgery in between 2 years. She made working out fun and she took really good care of me and all the other people she was coaching.
She has always been ready to explain why we were doing a certain type of exercise rather than another one and I loved this aspect about her.
