About the event
Katy Snow of Title Boxing and I are teaming up for another fitness adventure. This is a one mile uphill workout hike with a rejuvenating 30 minute yoga flow with incredible views. We will meet at the Park and Ride at 6:30 am and leave ON TIME in carpool to the the trailhead. Registration must be complete by 6/29/2018.
